Plenty of short term moorings (48 Hours) between the River Tem aqueduct and Lords Bridge. Market Drayton as a town hasn't seen the best of times in recent years but despite that it still has a good range of pubs serving a wide selection of Real Ales and now has its own brewery which runs three pubs in the town. There are a couple of take aways and a decent Indian restaurant. Several of the pubs, such as The Talbot and the Red Lion, do food, and there are a couple of supermarkets (Asda and Aldi) within walking distance of the canal. There is also a Morrisons', but it is quite a walk from the moorings.
