Liverpool South Docks
The Liverpool South Docks is a commercial waterway and is part of the Waterways of Mainland Britain. It runs for 1 mile through 1 lock from Salthouse Dock (where it joins the Leeds and Liverpool Canal (Liverpool Link)) to Mersey - South Docks Junction (where it joins the River Mersey (Tidal Section)).
The maximum dimensions for a boat to be able to travel on the waterway are 72 feet long and 14 feet wide. The maximum headroom is not known. The maximum draught is not known.
